It's really important to me that everyone can access my content on https://www.stueker-art.de/ – no matter their individual abilities or technical setup. Even though my webshop isn't currently covered by the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), I'm voluntarily working to remove barriers and make sure everyone can participate digitally. For me, digital inclusion is a basic right, and I'm always working to break down those barriers.
This website partly meets the requirements of BITV 2.0, the harmonized European standard EN 301 549, and the minimum standards (WCAG 2.2, Level A and AA). We checked this with an internal audit in June 2025, following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

Operability: 70% (A & AA)
Understandability: 65% (A & AA)
Robustness: 25% (A & AA)
Level A: 57%

Some images and graphics are missing alternative text.
Videos and audio files are missing subtitles, transcripts, or audio descriptions.
The visible focus for keyboard users and page titles aren't fully implemented everywhere yet.
Forms don't always provide error messages or suggestions for corrections.
Status messages aren't always detectable by assistive technologies.
For me, accessibility is a process. I welcome your feedback so I can continue to improve the website. Every comment helps make the site more accessible to everyone.
Do you have any suggestions, questions, or want to report an accessibility issue? Please email me at info@stueker-art.de —I’ll respond as soon as possible and take your concerns seriously.
This statement was created on June 25, 2025, based on an internal audit. We've partly met the requirements of EU Directive 2016/2102 and the BFSG, and we're still working on getting everything fully implemented.
While there's no legal obligation or official enforcement process for this, making things accessible is something I personally care a lot about.
